I have a vision of the future
My ultra-comfortable astigmatism-correcting contact lenses and stylish new glasses will arrive in the next few days. I am so excited! I put away a decent chunk of cashola (into my MSA account) so that I could actually get stylish glasses and the thinnest possible lenses for the first time in my life.
I can't wait. Thanks to Uyen for being so patient in picking them out.

Yes! You'll never go back, I'm afraid to report. I couldn't believe how much difference the "ultra high index" lenses made for me.
Pics will come after I get the glasses. :D I'm keeping the style a secret from Seppo, so I can't exactly expose it yet. Hee hee.
For the last 8 years, I've always gotten the second-to-thinnest lenses they have available (which has been getting thinner with better technology), but finally, I can have the thinnest! Yay! I would hate to have to wear the normal lenses, as they would truly be of coke bottle proportions. Nay.
Looks like someone will be without glasses for her wedding!
I haven't decided on that yet. :D
